Apollo.io only stops someone being added to the same sequence twice. We find everyone active in two, and the workflows that put them there.
Emails that will fail or go out blank
A sequence uses a field some contacts do not have. We list them before Apollo.io holds the email as Not sent.

The last 30 days of emails Apollo.io did not send, split into fix the data, fix the setup, and Apollo.io protecting you.
Sending that quietly stopped

How to run the free Apollo.io audit
- In Apollo.io, open Settings > Integrations > API, click Create new key, set Integration type to Public and turn on Master API Key.
- Paste it on the audit page with your work email.
- Read the first findings in a few minutes. We email you when the duplicate check finishes.
The key is stored encrypted, used only for your audit and any fix you buy, and deleted after 7 days (30 if you buy a fix). Your results are kept 30 days. You can delete the key in Apollo.io any time.

Is the Apollo.io audit really free?
Yes. The audit and every finding's CSV are free. Two fixes can be done in our app for a one-time fee if you want them: merging duplicate accounts in bulk ($299 for up to 1,000 accounts, $499 up to 5,000) and handing a departing rep's records to someone else ($99 per rep). You see exactly what changes before you pay.
Does the audit change anything in my Apollo.io?
No. It only reads. Nothing in Apollo.io changes unless you buy a fix and click to run it.
Does it use Apollo.io credits?
No. It reads records already saved in your workspace, which costs no credits.
What do I need to run it?
A master API key from Apollo.io (Settings > Integrations > API > Create new key, with Integration type set to Public and Master API Key turned on) and a work email. We store the key encrypted and delete it after 7 days, or 30 days after you buy a fix. Your results are kept 30 days.
How long does the Apollo.io audit take?
The sequence, workflow, mailbox and ownership checks take a few minutes. The duplicate account check reads every saved account, so it takes longer on a big workspace. We email you when it is done.
What happens to a rep's records when they leave Apollo.io?
Deactivating a user in Apollo.io leaves their contacts, accounts, tasks and sequences with them, and unlinks their mailboxes, so their scheduled emails stop. The handoff moves everything to someone still on the team first, and contacts mid-sequence keep their step and send time but send from the new owner's mailbox.
