Information We Collect

GTM Works collects information you voluntarily provide when contacting us through our website contact form, email, or other communication channels. This includes your name, email address, company name, and any details you share about your business goals.

We may also collect standard web analytics data through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, referral source, and general geographic location (country or region level). This data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used to:

• Respond to your inquiry and assess whether GTM Works is a good fit for your needs
• Deliver services you've engaged us to provide
• Send relevant updates, case studies, or blog posts if you've opted in to communications
• Improve our website and services based on usage patterns

Platform Accounts and Customer Data

If you create an account on the GTM Works platform (app.gtmworks.ai), we additionally collect and process:

• Account data - your name, work email, company, and sign-in activity. Sign-in uses passwordless email links; we never store a password.
• Third-party API credentials - API keys you connect (such as Apollo.io) are stored encrypted and used only to operate the service on your behalf. They are never shared across customers or with third parties.
• Campaign and contact data - contact lists, targeting, message copy, replies, and reports processed to run your campaigns. This data belongs to you, is used only to provide the service, and is never sold or shared across customers.
• Payment data - subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on GTM Works systems.

Platform data is hosted with our infrastructure providers (currently Railway) in the United States. On cancellation we delete your credentials and, on request, your campaign data, within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes. Use of the platform is governed by the Platform Terms of Service.

Information Sharing

GTM Works does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business (such as email service providers, analytics tools, payment processors, and infrastructure hosts), but only to the extent necessary to deliver those services and subject to appropriate confidentiality agreements.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses Google Tag Manager and may set cookies for analytics purposes. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using the site but may limit analytics tracking.

Data Retention

We retain contact information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up. If you request deletion of your information, we will comply within 30 days subject to any legal or contractual obligations to retain certain records.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites including Apollo.io, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and others. These sites have their own privacy policies. GTM Works is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.
