Build and Approve
We build each Waalaxy campaign from the Apollo.io list behind it and write the invitation and follow-ups. Nothing sends until you approve it.
Run and Report Back
Refills land every week. Accepts and replies write back to Apollo.io. We watch the sync and the numbers, and adjust copy and lists as results come in.

Two things are outside what Waalaxy allows today. You should know before you start.
Reply text stays in Waalaxy
Apollo.io learns that someone replied, and acts on it. The message itself stays in Waalaxy, because Waalaxy's sync only shares that a reply happened, not what it said.
Apollo.io can't pull a lead out of Waalaxy
If you mark someone Do Not Contact or Not Interested in Apollo.io, that can't stop them in a running Waalaxy campaign. Waalaxy has no way for another tool to pause or remove a prospect.

Apollo.io Waalaxy Integration FAQ
Not out of the box. Waalaxy has no built-in Apollo.io integration. We connect the two through Waalaxy's API and CRM-sync webhook and the Apollo.io API, then run the integration for you as a service.
No. Apollo.io no longer sends LinkedIn connection requests or messages for you. LinkedIn steps in an Apollo.io sequence are now manual tasks. Waalaxy does the sending, and we keep it fed from Apollo.io and write the results back.
We do it for you. Every week we pull new contacts from the Apollo.io lists you choose and import them into the matching Waalaxy campaign through Waalaxy's API. No exports, no uploads, and campaigns never stop because they ran out of prospects.
Yes, as a status. Waalaxy's CRM sync tells us the moment someone accepts or replies. Accepts land in your connections list in Apollo.io. Replies land in your "LinkedIn Replies" list, the stage is set to Replied, and any active Apollo.io email sequences are finished. The reply text stays in Waalaxy, because Waalaxy only shares that a reply happened.
Yes. A LinkedIn reply finishes the contact's active Apollo.io email sequences, so nobody gets a cold follow-up email after they already answered you on LinkedIn.
They do different jobs. Apollo.io is your data, email sequences, and CRM. Waalaxy sends on LinkedIn. Used together, Apollo.io stays the system of record and Waalaxy becomes a second channel that reads from it and reports back to it.
