How to read these numbers

The calculator shows two things: opportunities created (total pipeline value before close rate) and revenue won (what you actually close). Watch the pipeline number grow month over month - that is your leading indicator.

Revenue won lags pipeline by your sales cycle length. For email outbound, expect closer to month 6 before real revenue shows up. That is not failure - that is how outbound math works.

Important: Opportunities created represent total value before your close rate is applied. At a 10% close rate, 90% will close lost. That is normal and already baked into the revenue calculation.

The warmup reality most people skip

New sending domains cannot send at full volume from day one. A fresh domain blasting 35 emails/day immediately is a fast path to spam folders.
